The 1200 SCFH Portable Vaporizer is engineered to help reduce hose freezing and increase vapor output from liquid oxygen bottles. During heavy oxygen use, rapid pressure drops can cause liquid oxygen to enter the line, leading to freezing and performance loss. This vaporizer efficiently converts liquid oxygen to gas, maintaining stable flow and consistent pressure under demanding conditions.
The 1200 SCFH vaporizer is typically used by customers running:
- One torch with up to a #8 tip, or
- Two torches with tips that total up to a #8 equivalent
(Example: two torches using #4 tips each)
If you plan to use larger than a #8 tips or burning bars , we recommend upgrading to the 2400 SCFH Vaporizer, which provides the higher flow capacity needed for large-scale jobs.
Cold Weather Impact: In colder temperatures, vaporizer performance may decrease.
