The Brass Hose Splicer is designed to easily repair or extend welding hoses by securely connecting two hose ends. Commonly used in oxygen, acetylene, and propane setups, this fitting ensures a tight, leak-free seal for dependable gas flow in both shop and field environments.

Constructed from solid brass, these splicers resist corrosion and wear for long-lasting performance. The smooth, barbed design allows for easy hose insertion and superior grip when used with ferrules or clamps.

Available in two standard sizes — 1/4″ (Part #44) and 3/8″ (Part #48) — to fit most twin welding hose assemblies.

Also available: 1/2″ Hose Splicer — for use with our single-line 1/2″ hose.
